Global WiEIT International Summer School

The International Summer School is an exchange project by HTW Berlin, Swinburne University of Technology and the University of Technology Sydney. The Summer School takes place as an annual, cooperative 3-weeks long series of events in two parts, one in Berlin and one in Sydney or Melbourne. It combines live and remote events.

  • Accessible to all HTW students of engineering and computer science or IT, a quota of at least 50% women is guaranteed

Duration

  • Two 3 week long parts in Sydney or Melbourne and Berlin
  • Additional distance formats between the attendance times

Who can apply?

  • HTW Berlin students of engineering, computer science or IT in the 4th or 5th semester of their bachelor's studies as well as masters students
  • Everyone is welcome, women* receive targeted support

How to apply?

When applying, the following documents are particularly important:

  • Letter of motivation (in English)
  • CV
  • Transcript of Records
  • Relevant testimonials
  • Certificate of enrolment at HTW Berlin
  • English language certificate (B1 or higher, for example a HTW language course certificate, Abitur certificate, TOEFL certificate etc.)
